One-click Mass Booleans

There is a UI folder and a Macroscripts folder, with capital letters.

Where shall I install it?

You are loosing MANY clients because such issues, I guess...

The instruction was fixed! In new versions of 3Ds Max you need to copy files from zip into "C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2011 - 64bit(or your version)\enu\UI\usermacros\".

Вещь удобная, как отписали ниже, устанешь лазить по этим вкладкам, но в v3 скрипт удалял все нарезанные еджи(что не годилось для работы). Написал автору, с просьбой сделать по умолчанию функцию "No Edge Removal". Теперь v4 то, что нужно для "блокинга" и "концептов". Экономит много времени и нервов. Спасибо!
p.s. используйте это вместе с "vertex сleaner".

EN: Script cool. In v3 script deleted all cut edges. Wrote to the author to add default function "No Edge Removal". Now... v4 is what you need for "blocking" and "concepts". Saves a lot of time and nerves.Thx!

Joseph Young, what's your 3ds max version?

1) Copy all .mse and .mcr files into your 'Autodesk\3ds Max 20XX\ui\macroscripts\' folder (where 20XX is your version of 3Ds max)
2) Start 3D max. Go to 'Customize' menu, and select 'Customize user interface'
3) In window that will open, select tab 'Toolbars' (or another tab if you want to add this commands to quad or shortcut)
4) Under 'Category' drop down menu, find 'Crea3D_massBolean' to open the list of scripts. There find a script you want to use, and drag-and-drop it from list to somewhere on your UI (on some of existing toolbars)

Блин, незнаю, мне так реально скрипт понравился, хотя я относительно начинающий в максе (да и не собирался особо спецом становиться), но вот тут всё просто и понятно - тупо выделил и обрезал, ибо закалебёшься в этих меню с операндами и прочим.
А насчёт что гдето там был там такой же скрипт и забесплатно, так так хоть чувак до общественности эту фичу донёс пусть и за 5 баксов, мне лично подобное нигде не попадалось ни платно ни бесплатно. Так что как грица респект.

Единственное правда я пока непонял в чём разница "про" и обычной команд )). Но эт не критично.

"про" булины более функциональные и возможно, они были добавлены после обычных булинов, но и те и другие до сих пор работают не всегда правильно. Поэтому, когда не сработает обычный булин, может сработать про-булин и наоборот.

Аналогичный бесплатный скрипт я не видел. Все мои скрипты и плагины сделаны с нуля.

Boolean не такая уж и часто используемая операция. Лучше стандартный инструмент кинуть на хоткей. Скрипт - чушь, Ещё и платный.

Boolean is not so frequently used operations. It is better to throw a standard tool in the hotkey. Script - trash, More and paid.

Nik, юзай хоткей если тебе проще, а не гадости пиши! Суть данного плагина что можно вычитать массу объектов из массы объектов в 1 клик и получать сразу Editable poly, невероятно удобно, стандартными способами такого не сделаешь.

Вероятно только мне проще юзать хоткеи.

If i'm remember its one of recent thread on cgtalk...heeeh whats wrong with the people right now ? its just copy paste using others and encrypt n sell it...

Some people just collect another script and sell it at unreasonable price too...
