Cobwebs

fredd_48 · 2012-05-24

Hey man I'm having problem using the script I wonder why? I'm using Max 2012 64bit. Whenever I hit create it displays error...

Error

JokerMartini · 2012-05-24

If the error message says anything along the lines of "Subdivide....."
then that means you do not have the latest hotfixes and services packs for 3dsMax 2012. You can download them from the autodesk website.

JokerMartini · 2012-05-22

Thanks guys. I appreciate the comments.
I'm working on a help file as well as a tutorial to better explain the tool and its intended uses. The tool can be used for multiple things, and I'm sure there will be things created with it that I'm not aware of haha.
All I ask is that anyone who uses it feel free to email your renders and I'll put them up on my website if you want. I'll be sure to credit you as well.

Hey John,V6 +1.

JokerMartini · 2012-05-16

Any features or request you guys would like to see?

harumscarum · 2012-05-22

great script! i wonder if it could be modifier or new parametric object with respect of source object

JokerMartini · 2012-05-22

As far as the modifier idea, I'm thinking the same thing. It would be really cool to have it be a modifier. It's something worth looking into down the road.
