if someone were to actually come up with an efficient script or plugin tool to do inter-woven/inter-laced mesh geometry. It must be difficult to script, because there's nothing out there for that particular task that I know of, but yet I'm sure there would be plenty of demand for it. I know there's some workarounds to doing weaves and such, but they aren't very efficient, and the techniques are usually very time consuming and imperfect. I was hoping this one was something still in the works.

I recently done that in max with manipulation to get some good results.
