.wft file script

Hello, I am asking for a script for a file extension, .wft, GTA IV 3d model files
There is an app, called Zmodeler2 that already has a filter for it but the creater wont share any of his knowlages about his filter so this 3ds max script will be developped so that's why im hoping someone would make a script here
