To Hide render progress window and 3dsmax in taskbar in a server while using backburner

Hi,

I am VFX Artist i am new to use backburner render i got every thing fine to render using all the servers i had but

the render progress window and 3ds max are disturbing other guys who uses the servers,

my request to have a script which hides render progress window and 3dsmax in the taskbar of a server in the render farm,

Please help me to have a script like this which can be runned by a manager in render farm or individually one after one in the servers

Why not just run server as a service under a different account? That way you don't get any dialogs.

Am I missing something?

nice tip. works very well and easy to understand.

to not fiddle around with user rights managment better create a password protected admin user account.

put the backburner server shortcut into the startup-folder and your hidden backburner slave is just a click away ;)

Maxscript only works inside of 3d studio, you can't use it to hide the program AFAIK.
