Script to resize one flat Object / Shape to the size of another

Hi, I have searched for days for an easy to do this, but apparently I am to stupid to find something like this.

I would need a script that can resize one Shape to the size of another shape. Basically just a FFD 2x2. I also figured it works with Transform Tool (but that one isn't recorded either).

So I would be happy for every hint or even a small script to do that :).
