Rig Selector for 2016

There are a few scripts here such as BIPCAT Selector and Puppet Tool and others to make selecting Bipeds and CAT rigs easier. However none of them have been updated in years despite user requests, and they do not install properly into Max 2016. Would anyone like to take a stab at this?
