I've done a search but haven't found anything that fits a script for this. Can anyone write a script to add a button to the transform type in box that will merely repeat the last transform made? (see attached pic)

I created a script like this for movement type in only right now.
There is one small detail that I couldn't manage to get to work.
The OffsetX doesn't update in real time while holding the spinner buttons. It will only update after you entered the value or release the mouse button.
See if you can use it. It's named Type-In Redo, in the category Ron Tools.

You CANT add any functionality to that dialog via MaxScript, but you can write your own UI (rollout) where to do that.
