Render bucket time!

Hi there,

A tool which would create either an image or an overlay of a rendered frame where each bucket could be colored according to how long it took to render. This would be used as a visualization tool to find any problem areas, ie. long renders, in your scene! I can't imagine how many people would kill for something like this instead of sitting there watching how long a bucket takes to render.
