Light Include/Exclude

This is an idea i thought of recenlty, if i have the time I'll tackle the script but if anyone out there feels up to it feel free.
It would be more beneficial if instead of clicking each light and including/excluding an object it would be better if you could select the object and have a list of all the lights you'd like to include/exclude the selected light from.
