Key Time Scale

Description

I would like to scale time of the selected keys.
For example. I have a sphere with position keys on it. 2 keys which move the sphere along the x axis.

I would like to take the keys on that object and scale them time wise 50% without having to open the track view.

Is this possible.
If so I'd like to add a pivot value to scale from.
