Group overlapped polygons/elements in UWV

Hi, there,

I need script, that make next things:

Define overlapped polygons.
Make group in UWV mod. for each overlapping group of elements.
Pack normalize with padding 0.001 for whole object.
Problem is that I can’t quick make groups of overlapping polygons. Does anyone have idea how to do it?
