center in viewport selected object

hello
I am a old lightwave user, and a nice thing is a button to make the selected object centered in viewport.
Very usefull, for exemple to follow the biped in motion or a car, now I need this to follow a moving camera to see if it match some objects...
move timeline, search and zoom on camera, move timeline, search and zoom on camera,... pfffff boring.
Anybody ? :-)

Zoom extents all selected (a default macro)?
