Build up - Break down - Position offset script

Hi,

I've seen a script somewhere used to create build-up and breakdown animations traditionally used in architectural visualisations, where a house is formed, the components fly into the scene and stop on their position.

The script I've seen keyframes objects away from their original position and then pulls them back, but I cannot for the life of me remember the name or where I have seen this script.
I have tried searching all kinds of terms but nothing has come up.

Does anyone know of this script / plugin and where I could find it or something similar.

but there is a free script which allows you to have your genuine hand animated animationi copied and re-flowed to an entier set of objects, the name is key transfer.

animation creator ) has one advantage, you can keep the instance info and still have flow of motion, in key transfer you can not.
