Bend with Limit Effect

Could someone help me in implementing the Bend Limit Effect into my custom geo. I've go the bend working and everything. I'm just not sure how to properly at the Limit Effect. I've tried several different attempts, none which worked properly. I hope someone can help. In the case of this, there is only an upper limit, not a lower limit, it's unnecessary. Thank you.
