Batch convert 3ds dwg dxf and obj to .max

Hello.
I need a script for max 2009, that converts all 3ds dwg dxf and obj (if it's no extra hassle, all model formats supported by max, also) files to .max. It shouuld fetch all models in a folder and all its sub folders, and save them at their original location (original files should not be deleted).
Can you do it? How much $$$?
I'm truly on a budget, because i need it to do my job, but my boss wont pay for this script, but he demands that I do it in a time that's not humanly possible. But I'll do my best to reward appropiately.

well I have some comments to make:
1st- I dont know if this script will need a lot of work or just a few lines of code (if the commands are already available in maxscript)
2nd- I dont have much reward for doing this. Namely around 50 US$, and alot of GOOD WISHES.
3rd- I have the script parts where the program opens all files in a folder (recursively or not) and then saves them as .max at the original location. You can reuse this.
4th- priority are 3ds dwg dxf and obj
5th- you can keep the sript (sell it or do whatever you want with it, I dont need ownership)
6th- I dont need a fancy user interface, just a usable one (it can even lack of interface, if its possible, I really dont know how the scripts work).
