3ds max version of this copy/paste script please

Why not use alembic instead of a very limited custom format?

Hello, i've already wrote a similar tool but the exchange format was not ascii type, it was a temp max file which was doing the transition between the two 3ds max instances. I would be glad to help you on this but do you know if there is an ascii way of saving max informations ?

this script/plugin is for interop between as many apps as possible hence to keep it's accessible for modo, maya, lightwave, cinema4d, blender writing to a text file as some apps may not support a chosen file type.
