Open new instance of 3d max?

Description

As the title says, is it possible to open a new instance of 3dmax via maxscript. I have found other posts from past asking the same but with no real answer. Just wondered if it was possible?

Barigazy, worked perfectly. Thank you very much. I had tried shellLaunch "3dsmax.exe" "blah blah blah.max" but nothing. Always that last little bit that catches me out. Thanks again!
