List of functions, nodes etc

Hi guys, i've looked but can't find anything helpful.

i'm looking for a list of all the functions, nodes objects etc
is there anywhere i can find this info or even force max to print a list of them all?

i really dont want to trawl through the manual to find every last one

(the idea is to make a text editor highlighter out of max)

anyone any ideas?
