LED Meter Counters

Hello everyone, I saw somewhere a script that created a count display like an LED Meter Count that you could use for a animated timer or count down. At the time I didn't have a use for it, but a request for an animation came across my desk that this would be a cool addition to the finish product. Can anyone remember seeing this. I've done searches for everything that I could think of to find it but nothing showed up.
