Just for clarification: The "click" sounds in the video are done by the recording software (which probably is Camtasia). So if you just want this to happen when recording a video, get Camtasia Studio, as it has this feature.

As Br0t said the sound in this video you linked is added, its not come from Max. I ever really wonder why you need this :) If you saw someone made an extension/plugin for that purpose then contact those man and get or buy this extra.

Something important:
- you use too old Max version (7).

You need Max scripted Callbacks system + DotNet.
Shortly, no way to do such things in Max 7.
