image aspect script

Hi guys, how's going?
i found this script here in scriptspot a few days ago and i found it very useful:

But i think it misses one important feature, doesn't update the output size in render window when you change the camera - http://prntscr.com/3ymlea. Does anyone know how to edit the script to do that, and if is possible?
