Graphic Errors after a while

Hi

For me and my work mates I wrote a Farm Control script for our renderfarm. It looks like that:

It collects farm information (written by an external tool) in files and can control the farm in the same way. The refresh happens every 4 seconds. And this is where I guess happens something with max. After 10 minutes (+- 5) The Max viewport is not updating anymore, Max UI buttons are out of place and some of the imagetags/bitmaps within the script disapear. You can however still save a decent file and kill the max process but no more work can be done. Closing the script is possible, but you can not reopen it again, its closing immediately itself then.

I think It has something to do with the refresh as I already mentioned. All vray and server bitmaps are getting redrawn every 4 seconds and possibly somehow some cache is full or needs to be flushed... but I dont know.

It would be nice if someone could help me because otherwise this script works great and my collegues love it, but if it keeps crashing max my efford was useless.

as this is a commercial script I should not post some code for now, I hoped that someone might have an idea without having to look at the code. But i think I will start a cgtalk thread now.

PS: here is a screenshot of the problem in an empty max scene.

Your tool is quite complex and many things under the hood can cause the problem. I suggest to post your problem also on CGTalk and Area forum. Also you need to provide some code because looks of UI not tell anything about problem
