distributed render manager

People! I have a question! Have you ever met a manager for distributed rendering(not backburner, but vray spawner)

I need to be able to apply priority! we have several computers and several servers. All they are connected and render together! Different designers put their project(from 10-20 cameras) to distributed rendering from their computer! Then if other computers are free, one of them take them all, and you need to wait till your time will come! If there is not such a tool, how do you think, is it possible to get this info and use it in maxscript?
