This script will select all other faces that have a similar area (defined by your threshold limit). Very straightforward.

Yes, it would be fine. And if I enter area 10 units and threshold 0, script should select faces with area=10 units.

Thank you Sergo for the point and update. Making sure I have what you're saying correctly, I should add in a edit text field (allowing number entry) so you could type maybe "0.01" units with a "50%" error each way and press the button and it would select all faces between 0.005 and .015? Is that correct?

Thank you for such a good tool, Colin.
Could you add area parameter to select faces based not only on the already selected faces but giving area in absolute units? This will be handy for searching null- or small-area polygons.
