I've taken this script offline because I think that it is not very solid. It was made more as an experiment than a serious attempt to change the way one uses smoothing in 3dsmax.
I have considered making a more solid SDK version of the concept, but simply haven't gotten round to it. I'm currently too busy with other things; the Outliner project among others.

Please, make it available again! People should know to use scripts here at their own risk!

Besides, I really need a solution like this right now. :-) Also, studying the script would be great!

Thanks,
Fernando.

Очень хороший скрипт. Давно им пользуюсь.
Намного удобнее возни с группами сглаживания.
А вот Link для скачивания, действительно не работает.

Very good script.
Much more conveniently smoothing groups.
And here Link for downloading, really doesn't work.
