To install just drag the download .MZP file into the 3dsmax interface. You should get an Install dialog.
This tool will install a macroscript that can be accessed from the Customize User Interface dialog within 3dsmax.

The download-link doesn't seem to work anymore.
Has this script by any chance become a part of your toolbox?
I installed it but couldn't find it. Maybe I overlooked or has it been renamed?

Hey thanks for pointing out the broken link.
I've gone ahead and uploaded the file to the page so it can be downloaded directly form here.
The tools is also in the Toolbox, in the system menu under Scene Assembly.
