this thing does exactly what it says, and mark was kind enough to send me the update when i asked him for help. i hope he doesnt mind.
its great for creating ice chunks and asteroids at random. i also used the circle array and object painter from soulburns script package. the scene is taking a minute to render, but im sure it will be fabulous.
