This clone is base on some other clones that I saw out there but it has not only the regular group rotation but also Local rotation. It also has single X, Y, and Z for scale to be able to have a bit more control.
I'll try to get more control over rotation, translation and scale in next versions.

Hi Javier,
I combined your tool with the ARingClone to give Radial version. Sure, ppl can just add multiple mods onto their stack but I think animators want to animate all their params in one place rather than jumping up/down the stack...hence this CloneRadial version.
Feel free to put any copyright info in where you see fit, I didn't do much, just rerouted one node !!!
