END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between EvgScripts/Evgeniy Poyan ("Author") 
and the end-user ("User") for the use of the scripts ("Software"). 
By purchasing, downloading, or using this Software, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
- The Author grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software 
  for personal and commercial projects within 3ds Max.
- The license is per-user. A separate license must be purchased for each additional 
  user or workstation.
- The Software may not be shared, rented, sublicensed, or distributed without written permission from the Author.

2. Usage Restrictions
The User may NOT:
- Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Software.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software.
- Use the Software to develop or distribute competing tools.
- Claim ownership of the Software or any modifications made to it.

3. Ownership & Copyright
- This Software remains the intellectual property of EvgScripts.
- The User owns a license to use the Software but does not own the Software itself.
- The Author reserves all rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement.

4. Warranty Disclaimer
- The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind (express or implied).
- The Author does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or compatible with all versions of 3ds Max.
- The User is responsible for backing up their data and ensuring compatibility before use.

5. Limitation of Liability
- Under no circumstances shall the Author be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, 
  or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
  - Loss of data
  - System crashes
  - Business interruptions
  - Hardware/software malfunctions
- The Author's liability, if proven, is limited to the amount paid for the license.

6. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the Software has been downloaded.
- Refunds are only available within 7 days if the Software does not function as described and the issue cannot be resolved.

7. Updates & Support
- Minor updates will be provided for free for the current version of the Software.
- Major updates may require an additional purchase.
- Support is provided via evgscripts@yahoo.com and response times may vary.

8. Termination of License
- The license immediately terminates if the User violates any terms in this Agreement.
- Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the Software.
- No refunds will be issued if the license is revoked due to a violation.

9. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, or using this Software, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, 
and agreed to this End User License Agreement.
